Ruben Ramos has been a men's D-I collegiate basketball official since 1993. Ruben works in the Big Sky, Pac-10, Big 12, Conference
USA, Southland, SunBelt and Western Athletic Conferences. He also works D-II basketball in the Rocky Mountain region.
